Urta fish a la Roteña

INGREDIENTS: |

300 g Urta fish 100 g Onion 300 g Natural tomatos 100g Green peppers 50 g Flattened garlic
|

METHOD: |
|
Salt, ground and grain pepper, olive oil, 1 laurel leaf. Cut the onion and peppers in a juliana style, chop the garlic and coat in olive oil. Then, add the poached, peeled and chopped tomatoes. Once it is all softened, add the urta fish, season, and add the pepper grains and laurel, and leave on a low flame for 30 minutes
